Tui Na, Tai Chi, and Yoga are therapeutic and preventive. Regular practicing Tai Chi and yoga, and receiving Tui Na are key to good health by maintaining energy balance and circulation of chi.
Tai Chi and/or yoga should be practiced daily; while Tui Na should be done weekly.
Tui Na:
In call: 60 min: $60; 90 min: $90
Out call: 90 min: $110; 120 min: $150
Best for muscular and repetitive injuries, Tui Na is the best healing modality equivalent to acupuncture but without needles.
Tui Na is performed over the clothes. You don't need to undress. Comfortable soft cotton shorts and T-shirts are recommended.

Performed on floor with clothes on, traditional Thai massage works on your sen lines by pressing and stretching, to activate your energy of meridians to promote healing.
To achieve the deep relaxation and to cultivate healing power, a 90 min session is highly recommended.

Classical relaxing massage. You will be properly draped. I will use the highest quality massage oils along with lavender essential oil to maximize the relaxing experience.
