Grown up in China, I have been studying Tai Chi for over 25 years. In 1992, I moved to US. I have been teaching Tai Chi since then. I teach Chen style Tai Chi, Yang style Tai Chi, Hunyuan Qi Gong and Tai Chi sword.
I have been studying yoga and meditation since 1996. Studied from different traditions, I can see clear relations between yoga and Tai Chi, particularly, Qi Gong (Chinese breathing exercise). My yoga style is slow vinyasa, emphasizing on breathing, strength, and balance.
I studied Tui Na in China before I moved to US. I also studied western massage modalities. Tui Na differs from Swedish massage or other type massages, for its intrinsic energy and movements. In western words, I uses "stretching" and finger/palm/elbow pressing to promote energy flow, to gain better results.

For my own personal growth, to have a better and balanced life, I also look into other ways to artistically express myself. I studied oil painting, ceramics, and Japanese flower arrangements (Ikebana). I believe everybody is an artist, but you need to find it from inside, and through nurturing.
